Prime Baseball is a program founded by Mike Carpentier, Long-Time Coach/ Former Professional Baseball Player. Prime is built on the foundation of development #workwins

The goal of the program is to bring together hard-working and talented athletes to provide them with the best atmosphere to grow as players. Not only does Prime Baseball provide some of the best coaching and facilities around, the program is also committed to long-term growth and opportunities for all of its players including a platform for exposure to college recruiters and professional scouts.

Patrick Evans, founder of Desert Prospects (2008-2020), has solidified himself as a prominent figure in travel baseball in the Coachella Valley. His role as the owner of The Hitting Zone, LLC, in Palm Desert, has enabled him to assist in the development of many athletes in the desert. He has been fortunate to work with some of the best athletes to come out of the desert: Taylor Ward, Brian Serven, Brooks Kriske, Tyson Miller and Jeremiah Estrada, to name a few.

In 2020, Patrick partnered with Mike Carpentier of Prime Baseball (formerly Easton Prime). This collaboration has provided Prime’s players with more exposure and opportunities to build relationships with colleges and professional scouts.
